Making the most of everyday moments and photographing our journey! I work part-time catering for weddings and I’m in the progress of becoming a wedding photographer (first wedding this weekend) 📷
Occupation? A full time mama
5 favourite things/items? family & friends, flowers + floral candles, my camera, cochlear Implant, ohhh and Instagram! couldn’t narrow it down to five
What are you most passionate about?
I’m so passionate about photography & being creative, and have been lucky to be so inspired by some amazing women that I’ve come across on Instagram! Also passionate about being happy and doing what you want because life is to short!!!
What’s the best part about being a mother?
All my life, I’ve known if i have children they have to have the same initials as me. My first pick for a girl’s name was Annabelle because I didn’t know any Annabelles and i always loved that name, then it was just coming up with a middle name starting with L that was tricky but once i heard Annabelle Luna my mind was set. I fell in love with that name!
What has been the most memorable moment for you in motherhood so far?
Definitely Annabelle’s birth. (birthing story to be uploaded soon) to say it was the best day of my life would be an understatement. I have never felt more empowered in my life. I defiantly gained a lot more respect for mums.
What are some baby essentials every new mother needs?
If you’re planning on breastfeeding then definitely some comfy maternity bras. I literally lived in my maternity singlet from Kmart (so cheap too) Also, a good set of pyjamas and dressing robe. Highly recommend having support people, makes everything so much easier
What are some of your favourite shops/websites for baby wear?
What is the one thing you want to teach your children?
Have any advice for newly mothers/mothers to be?
Go with your instinct, you know whats best. Also sleep when baby sleeps! PS. your going to be an amazing mum, i just know it!
